Brief Role :
Work closely with Technical team to develop position profile and to understand overall needs and requirements.
HR Budgeting, Recruitments, Joining / Exit Formalities
Handling Employee Grievances and Arrangement of Socio- cultural programs and activities.
Coordinating Training and maintaining records in personal files.
Manage and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.
Proposals for tenders and other enquiries.
Executing Joining Formalities of Current Hires (Induction & Onboarding) , background verification, etc.




Taking care of Exit formalities, Full and Finals of employees.
Take corrective measures to ensure discipline among employees.
Preparation of Quotations, Tenders, Presentations, Servicing Contracts as per requirement of Customers

Salary: INR 2, 25, 000 - 3, 75, 000 P.A.
