Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development.
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, including purchase agreements, lease agreements, and financing documents.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations, including RERA.
Handle real estate disputes and litigation if applicable.
Conduct due diligence for property acquisitions and developments.
Advise on risk management and mitigation strategies.




Stay updated on legal developments and trends in the real estate industry.
Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as needed.

Preferred Skills
Experience with residential and commercial real estate transactions is mandatory.
Certification in real estate law or a related field.
Familiarity with zoning and land use regulations.

Qualifications:
Degree in LLB (Law).
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in real estate law.
Solid knowledge of real estate transactions, contracts, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
