We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced IAC Training Zone Coordinator to join our team at SISL Infotech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in training and development, with excellent communication and coordination skills.

Roles and Responsibility
Coordinate and manage the implementation of training programs in the IAC Training Zone.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including trainers, learners, and other teams.
Design and deliver training materials, such as manuals, guides, and online courses.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making recommendations for improvement.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training objectives with business goals.
Provide support and guidance to learners, ensuring their success in their roles.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
