The National Sales Manager (NSM) will lead and drive sales operations for Passenger Segment Radial (PSR) and Off-The-Road (OTR) tyres across West Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute national sales strategies for PSR and OTR tyre segments.
Drive revenue growth by meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and manage a solid dealer/distributor network across Nigeria.
Lead market penetration initiatives and identify recent business opportunities.
Manage key customer accounts and ensure superior customer service standards.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
