JOB OVERVIEW:




This role is responsible for overseeing cybersecurity governance and ensuring compliance with regulatory and industry standards such as RBI guidelines and ISO 27001
It manages risk assessments, audits, and third-party security reviews, drives cybersecurity awareness programs, and reports key risk and compliance metrics to leadership and the Board

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports To Chief Information Security Officer QUALIFICATION: Bachelors degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or IT

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Lead implementation of cybersecurity policies, standards, and SOPs across the organization
Manage regulatory compliance with RBI Master Directions, ISO 27001, and other frameworks
Oversee third-party risk assessments, audit findings, and corrective action plans
Coordinate cyber risk assessments, control testing, and internal security reviews
Interface with departments (IT, HR, Legal) and auditors for governance alignment
Drive cybersecurity awareness and user education programs
Maintain and report cybersecurity KPIs/KRIs to leadership and the Board
