Candidate should be an MBA (Full Time) having 3 plus years of Experience as HR Generalist.

HR Generalist having good subject knowledge

Good knowledge of using Job Portals for recruitment at the plant level.

Positive Understanding of PMS.

Should have positive interpersonal skills

SPOC for Employee Engagement activities at the Unit.

Plan and Drive L& OD initiatives at the plant level.

Good at MS Excel and maintaining of HR MIS at plant level and sharing it with Corporate Office on a monthly basis.

Ensure smooth Induction and On Boarding of employees at the unit.
