Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in Bhopal for a Junior Architect/Architect/Intern. The role involves assisting in the development of architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting detailed design documentation under the guidance of senior team members.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to project planning, and ensuring designs align with functional requirements and quality standards. The team member will help with site visits, data collection, and design revisions,



while supporting integration of MEP and other services into architectural plans.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including conceptualization, space planning, and preparation of drawings.
Candidates should possess skills related to Project Management, such as basic scheduling, coordination, and documentation support.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only as they relate to design tools, workflows, or system coordination within projects.
Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar CAD/BIM tools) is beneficial.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team are required.
A degree or diploma in Architecture or a closely related field is preferred; interns should be enrolled in or have recently completed an architecture program.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly, manage time effectively, and adapt to project deadlines and client requirements is expected.
