Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance. You will work closely with HR specialists and gain exposure to real-world HR practices.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes : sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities for current hires.
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records .
Help organize employee engagement programs and events .
Assist in drafting HR policies and documentation .
Contribute to HR analytics and reporting .
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
