Brief Role :

Provision of strategic leadership and vision to the Town, and in collaboration with the School Department, on all matters related to IT

Leads the development and planning of strategic IT initiatives; provides direction to senior managers in integrating and aligning technology to meet the community's needs

Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

Support current systems, programs, equipment to provide operational integrity, security, and disaster recovery support and maintenance.

Interface with internal and external customers in developing short term project plans to align with long-term goals and priorities of the organization.

Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes

Plans, organizes,



evaluates and directs IT operations to ensure the effective and effective operation of the Department in accord with defined objectives

Provides project management and oversight of all IT projects

Monitors and oversees day-to-day operations and planned IT projects
