Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job portals like Naukri, Monster and other sources such as reference, qualified networking sites, company database etc.

Handling of end to end recruitment cycle from screening to closure Pre- screening candidates to check their interest, confidence, communication skills, suitability etc.

Follow- ups with candidates for status.

Preparing Job Descriptions.

Should be able to deal with Vendors and consultants if required for the niche requirement

Should be a go getter with excellent convincing and negotiation skills

Should be able to support HR on the operations on need basis

Excellent command in verbal and written English.
