We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Data Intelligent (FDI) Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in FDI as a developer and overall 8+ years of experience in BI development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and maintaining Oracle Fusion Data Intelligent building data models, reports, and dashboards, end-user training and support, managing data model, data pipelines, security, and performing customizations.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Data Intelligent building data models, reports, and dashboards.
Manage users, groups, application roles, and data access in the FDI environment.
Lead and own all technical aspects of FDI ERP/HCM/SCM implementations and/or customizations.
Provide technical leadership and set best practices for integration and application development.
Define, communicate,



and manage a change management process for current application/code and updates.
Design and implement data models and schemas to support analytical reporting requirements.
Implement and enforce security policies, access controls, and data privacy regulations within the Oracle Fusion Analytics data warehouse setting.
Monitor user access and permissions to ensure compliance with organizational policies and monitor system performance, including database queries, data pipelines, and resource utilization.
Identify and address performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.

Job Requirements
Minimum 5+ years of experience in FDI as a developer and overall 8+ years of experience in BI development.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Data Intelligent and its applications.
Experience in developing and maintaining data models, reports, and dashboards.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead technical teams.
Robust understanding of security policies and access controls.
Educational qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate.
