Job Summary

Skylar Technology is looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation, configuration, and support. The candidate should have a good understanding of finance business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financials modules.
Work on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
Understand and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion functionality.
Configure Chart of Accounts (COA), ledgers, accounting rules, payment terms, and approval workflows.
Work on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
Prepare functional documents, including BRD, FDD, configuration documents, and user manuals.




Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, data migration, and reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations.
Provide production support, troubleshoot functional issues, and resolve tickets within agreed SLAs.
Support go-live, cutover, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills
7 years of experience in Oracle Financials, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Solid functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.
Experience in implementation, configuration, and support projects.
Good understanding of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
Experience with FBDI/ADFDI, data migration, and reconciliation.
Knowledge of OTBI reports, approval workflows, and functional documentation.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations and reporting tools.
Experience working with global clients and cross-functional teams.
