Job Role - Us Healthcare Recruiter

Shift- US Shift 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST

5 Days working model - Monday to Friday

Location - Alkapuri Vadodara
Understand the client's job requirements and the skills needed for the position.
Search for healthcare specialists in the US market using different sources.
Find candidates through job portals like LinkedIn and Indeed.
Review resumes and call candidates to check their skills, experience, and suitability for the job.
Shortlist candidates who match the client's requirements.
Conduct initial interviews and discuss salary expectations with candidates.
Share shortlisted candidates' resumes and details with the client.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Coordinate with the Team Lead and Account Manager to complete urgent hiring requirements.
Communicate with candidates and help them throughout the recruitment process.




Follow up with selected candidates and assist with their joining process.
Update candidate details and recruitment progress in the company's recruitment system.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Strong English communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts
Open to freshers and entry-level candidates
