Brief Role : HR Consultant / IT Recruitment

Responsible for End to End recruitment involved in full recruitment cycle across all levels and various skills.

High level understanding and screening capability in various technologies (Navision/ ERP/ Oracle/ Ruby on Rails/ PHP/ Java)

Ensure that sourcing processes are effective, recommend and implement process improvements.

Analyze key Recruitment metrics for measuring efficiency and hiring discrepancy (if any) for continuous improvement of effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Organizing various levels of technical interviews and coordinating with technical panel on candidate assessment & taking care of candidates salary negotiation up to offer letter roll out.

Follow- ups with the offered candidates up to joining for any assistance or queries.

Preparation of weekly / monthly MIS Reports

Responsible for the Delivery Management.
