Job roles

Accounting & Financial Management
Supervise and manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
Ensure accurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual books of accounts.
Oversee preparation of financial statements as per statutory requirements.
Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

Compliance & Audit




Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Income Tax, etc.).
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
Prepare and maintain audit schedules and documentation for internal and external audits.

Team Leadership & Process Improvement
Supervise and guide junior accountants and finance executives.
Review accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
Implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Support management with MIS reports and financial analysis for decision-making.
