Tasks
Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support the organization's mission and goals.
Manage and oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.




Develop and implement employee training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Manage and oversee employee performance evaluation and feedback processes.
Develop and implement employee retention strategies, including compensation and perks programs, employee recognition programs, and career development opportunities.
Manage and oversee employee relations and conflict resolution processes.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to human resources.
Manage and oversee the HR team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Collaborate with other departments and teams to support organizational goals and objectives.
Proven experience in human resources management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
