Core Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of Monthly accounts of unit.

Preparation of Financial analysis presentation.

Preparation of Expenses Analysis with comparative projected figures.

Approval of Cash and Journal voucher all locations.

Approval of Fixed assets and CWIP vouchers.

Approval of Debit/Credit Note to Supplier/Customers.

Supplier Payment & Fund transfer to bank.

All matters related with insurance including insurance claims.

Preparation of CMA data for review & renewal of working capital.

Statutory & Tax Audit.

Passing of LTA bills.

Follow-up and Implementation of Internal Audit suggestions.

Improvement of Accounting System

Monitoring Day to Day working for timely completion of Jobs/Reports.

Capital PO status and its capitalization.

Scrutiny of Customer/Supplier Ledgers.

Payroll related works.
