As a Manufacturing Intern, you will work closely with the shop-floor and production teams, assisting in day-to-day manufacturing operations, process monitoring, and efficiency improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Support production planning and shop-floor coordination.
Assist in monitoring machine operations and equipment efficiency.
Help with data collection for productivity and cost analysis.
Contribute to workplace safety and 5S implementation.
Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.

Qualifications




Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Interest in manufacturing systems and shop-floor operations.
Freshers with academic exposure to production practices are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of lean tools (5S, Kaizen, etc.) is an added advantage.
Solid observation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team.
