Role Overview:

We are seeking a agile and analytical qualified to join our Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will support strategic initiatives, drive business growth, and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver actionable insights and implement key projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend forecasting to identify opportunities.
Analyse business performance metrics and prepare dashboards/reports for leadership.
Support strategic projects such as process optimization, digital transformation, and new product launches.
Collaborate with sales, operations, and fice teams to ensure seamless implementation of initiatives.




Prepare presentations and business cases for senior management decisionmaking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Fice, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy, Sales R&R; or business analysis.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced setting and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills:
Exposure to insurance, banking, or ficial services industry.
Solid MS Excels with Dashboard
Knowledge of data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
