Role Description The Marketing and Business Development Intern will support the growth of BFFS Training & Consulting by assisting with marketing initiatives and client outreach. This internship role is hybrid, with primary responsibilities based in Noida and flexibility for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, assisting with lead generation, and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients.

The intern will help prepare presentations, proposals, and social media content, and may assist in organizing workshops or webinars.



This role offers hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, and client engagement within the training and consulting sector.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze trends, identify prospects, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing Strategy skills to contribute to outreach plans, lead generation, and campaign execution.
Basic proficiency with digital tools (e.g., MS Office, presentation software, social media platforms) and an interest in learning marketing and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Noida, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
Genuine interest in training, coaching, emotional intelligence, and workplace well-being will be considered an advantage.

Stipend: Rs. 5000 p.m.
