Role Purpose

Drive Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Engagement to build a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (R/A)

Manpower planning with HODs; JD finalization; sourcing (portals, agencies, referrals). Screening, interview coordination, selection minutes, reference checks.
Employee Relations & Engagement (R/A)

Floor connects, skip-levels, grievance intake (first response); route core HR cases to PAC. Engagement calendar (on-ground delivery), R&Rs;, communication drives.

Culture programs, induction facilitation (content by PAC, delivery coordinated by HR Manager).




Performance & Capability Enablement (I/S)

Coordinate PMS cycles per PAC framework; track KRAs with managers. Training nominations, logistics; post-training feedback consolidation.
Coordination & MIS (R)

Provide accurate, timely inputs to PAC (attendance exceptions, asset returns, on-ground validations). Maintain hiring trackers, ER logs, engagement reports; weekly dashboards to leadership.
Compliance Liaison (C)

Support PAC during audits/inspections with physical files, signatures, and site access.

KPIs

Time-to-Hire ( 30 days), Offer-to-Join ratio ( 70%), 90-day current-hire success ( 85%).

ER closures within TAT ( 5 working days for non-core issues), Engagement participation ( 80%).

Zero data discrepancies in inputs shared with PAC; on-time submissions (100%).

Authority & Interfaces

Authority: Run TA/engagement programs; issue internal communications

Interfaces: HODs, PAC Core HR Team, Finance (for approvals), IT/Admin.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA/PG in HR; 3 5 years in TA/ER/Engagement.
