Develop and execute marketing plans, promotions, and campaigns to increase sales and footfall at the retail outlets. Identify new marketing opportunities and strategies to reach a wider audience.

Plan and execute BTL (below the line) marketing activities such as events, activations, and experiential marketing campaigns.

Manage in-store visual merchandising and create attractive displays to increase customer engagement and boost sales.

Design and implement creative visual merchandising strategy for more impact on day to day basis

Plan eye catching displays that attract customers to the stores and increase footfall

Plan displays and store layout for better product visibility.

Change display to promote new product launches and also design special layouts during festivities.





Designing advertising campaigns that create brand awareness, generate leads, and promote sales

Study and analyse the impact of the visual merchandising strategies implemented to measure the effectiveness of the VM. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the retail industry.

Solid experience in executing BTL marketing activities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns.

Experience with digital marketing platforms, including email marketing, social media advertising, and content marketing.

Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a quick-paced environment.

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
