Job Summary:

The Insurance Manager is responsible for managing vehicle insurance claims, coordinating with insurance companies and surveyors, and ensuring the smooth processing of insurance cases in the service department.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage vehicle insurance claims and ensure timely claim settlement.
Coordinate with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and service advisors.
Prepare and verify insurance claim documents and repair estimates.
Ensure timely survey approvals and repair authorizations.
Follow up on pending claims and outstanding payments.
Maintain proper records of insurance claims, approvals, and settlements.
Assist customers with insurance-related queries and claim procedures.
Coordinate with the workshop team to ensure smooth vehicle repair processes.




Monitor insurance claim performance and resolve claim-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance procedures.

Required Skills:
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of motor insurance policies and claim procedures.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience in automobile service or insurance claims is preferred.

LOCATION - JALANDHAR / HOSHIARPUR BOTH

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹44,000.00 per month
