Experience in debugging and resolving system performance related issues
Should have experience in SQL/PL-SQL
Should able to own the problem management for application support team
OTM Integration experience with external systems and knowledge on XSLT, XML profiles, OTM Schema, EDI, XML mappings will be an added advantage
Should be able to work on OTM Customizations and Integrations




Knowledge in XSLs and custom Screen sets
Knowledge on logistics and supply chain management will be an added advantage
Experience in working with US clients will be added advantage
Create test plans, test cases and perform functional testing, as needed
Own and resolve incidents, Service request, Problem under defined SLA
Effective work prioritization skills to ensure highest level of customer service and timely response
Mentor Junior team members on OTM solutions
Knowledge, Understanding & Experience working within Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Escalate calls to the appropriate level, in a timely manner
Escalations include accurate and complete information
Contribute to a positive work workplace by being an active and productive team member
