We are looking for an IT Support to manage day-to-day IT operations, coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth functioning of IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate IT support activities .
Coordinate with vendors for IT services, repairs, and maintenance.
Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
Monitor IT requests and ensure timely resolution.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and IT tools.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
