Required Skills: Skilled in building and nurturing B2B client relationships with a solid focus on business development, revenue growth, and training delivery in Automation, including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, and PLC.

Key Responsibilities
Design and customize training programs based on customer-specific needs across domains including Electrical, Electronics, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI, and Industrial Sensors.
Develop comprehensive training materials (theory and practical) and conduct instructor-led sessions in Electrical, Electronics, and Industrial Automation.




Conduct customer site visits to understand requirements, finalize content and delivery format, and ensure alignment with plant operations and industry standards.
Perform pre- and post-training assessments, monitor trainee performance, and prepare detailed reports on training effectiveness and progress.
Deliver training sessions effectively in Tamil, English, and Hindi to cater to diverse audiences.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor s in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering (BE).
15 17 years of relevant experience Industrial Automation training, including Pneumatics, Hydraulics, PLC, SCADA, VFD, HMI, and Industrial Sensors.
