Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a agile, result-oriented, and highly skilled Medical Business Development Manager to drive the sales of our premium medical apparel (including Doctor Coats, Lab Coats, and Surgical Scrubs).

In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals, institutional buyers, and distributors. You will act as the face of our brand, ensuring hospitals, medical colleges, and clinics choose our high-quality apparel for their staff.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Institutional Sales (B2B)
Identify, pitch, and secure bulk orders from Hospitals, Corporate Healthcare Chains, Nursing Homes, and Diagnostic Labs.
Connect with Hospital Purchase Managers, Admin Heads,



and Operations Directors to empanel our brand as an official vendor.

Medical Colleges & Universities Outreaches
Pitch and secure annual batch orders for lab coats and uniforms from Medical, Dental, Nursing, and Pharmacy Colleges.
Coordinate with student committees, college management, and deans for sizing, customization (logo embroidery), and timely delivery.

Client Relationship Management
Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with Corporate Hospitals, Nursing Homes, and Lab Heads to showcase product samples, fabric quality, and comfort features.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure high client retention and repeat institutional orders.

Reporting & Market Intelligence
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Collect and report market feedback regarding pricing, competitor strategies, and fabric preferences.
