Role Description The Owner role at 3G HR Services is a full time, on-site position based in Secunderābād. The Owner oversees overall business operations, including strategic planning, service delivery, and financial performance. Daily responsibilities include managing key client relationships, guiding recruitment and HR service initiatives, and ensuring quality standards across all engagements.

The role involves leading and mentoring teams, setting performance objectives,



and making data-driven decisions to support business expansion. The Owner also monitors market trends, develops new service offerings, and represents the organization in external meetings, partnerships, and industry events.

Qualifications
Strong leadership and people management skills, including team building, performance oversight, and mentoring.
Experience in HR services or recruitment solutions, with knowledge of talent acquisition, client servicing, and HR operations.
Business management and strategic planning abilities, including budgeting, forecasting, and growth planning.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Proven capability in problem-solving, decision-making, and working with data and metrics to drive business outcomes.
Background in managing or scaling a service-based organization is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Comfort working on-site in Secunderābād and collaborating in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
