Role & responsibilities :
Monitor project budgets, actual costs, commitments, cost-to-complete and project profitability.
Prepare project costing, variance analysis and periodic commercial / cost MIS for management.
Coordinate with Project Heads for billing, certification, payment follow-up and receivables tracking.
Maintain and monitor contracts, agreements, work orders, payment terms, milestones, retention and recoveries.
Track project variations, additional works, claims and other commercial adjustments.
Support tender costing, BOQ review, pricing, commercial evaluation and identification of contractual risks.
Provide project cost and commercial inputs for DPRs, management reports and project documentation.
Coordinate with Project Management, Finance &
Accounts, Contracts, Procurement and Business Development teams.
Highlight cost overruns, delayed billing/collections and key commercial risks with appropriate action points.

Hands-on experience in billing, collections, contracts and commercial project monitoring.
Solid analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and preparation of MIS / project trackers.

Strong coordination, stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.
