Role Overview

Support the Finance &
Accounts team in project accounting, ERP transactions, statutory compliance documentation and reconciliations, with a focus on the Indus Towers Project, AEO Scheme and MOOWR Scheme.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs), billing and ERP entries related to the Indus Towers Project.
Compile and verify data for AEO and MOOWR monthly returns and assist with preparation and filing under the guidance of the Finance &
Accounts team.
Maintain supporting documents, registers and records for AEO, MOOWR and related statutory compliances.
Track compliance due dates and promptly highlight pending information or documentation.
Assist with reconciliation of invoices, GRNs, vendor/customer accounts and relevant project records.




Coordinate with internal departments to obtain information required for billing, accounting and compliance activities.
Support audit documentation and other routine Finance &
Accounts work.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.

Qualification &
Experience
B.Com./M.Com. graduate or MBA student/graduate specialising in Finance.
Freshers or candidates with up to one year of relevant internship experience may apply.

Required Skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas and data compilation.
Familiarity with ERP/accounting software will be an advantage.
Attention to detail, documentation skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn statutory compliance processes; exposure to AEO/MOOWR will be an added advantage.
