We are seeking a highly analytical and domain-expert User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Specialist / Lead with robust experience in Corporate Credit and Commercial Lending. In this role, you will act as the crucial link between technology teams and business stakeholders (Credit Risk, Relationship Managers, and Operations). You will be responsible for ensuring that our digital lending systems, risk execution platforms, and credit workflows seamlessly validate against real-world corporate banking scenarios.

Key Responsibilities
Test Strategy & Plan Design

Translate complex business specifications, credit policies, and appraisal workflows into comprehensive UAT test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Formulate structured UAT test plans, determining scope, resource dependencies, entry/exit criteria, and risk mitigation strategies. Map requirements thoroughly to test cases using traceability matrices to ensure 100% test coverage.
Execution & Domain Validation

Validate Core Corporate Credit Functionalities, Including Credit scoring models, financial statement analysis, and Credit Assessment Memorandum (CAM) validation.

Loan Origination

Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS). Limit allocations, collateral/guarantee configurations, and risk pricing rules.





Corporate Internet

Banking workflows and integration with Trade Finance (LCs, BGs, and Payments).
Defect Management & Triage

Identify, document, and track software defects with explicit evidence and logs inside tools like ADO. Lead daily defect triage meetings with Business Analysts, Developers, and Credit Risk Stakeholders to prioritize fixes. Perform regression testing on system updates, patches, and AI or model integrations.

Required Technical Skills

Domain Expertise: High proficiency in Corporate Banking workflows, credit risk metrics, provisioning, accounting concepts, and central bank regulations.

Testing Tools: Proven hands-on experience using test management platforms such as ADO, Confluence, qTest, or TestRail.

Data Verification: Solid ability to write and execute SQL queries to independently extract data and validate backend credit values.

Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall software development life cycles. Automation (Preferred): Exposure to low-code/no-code testing tools, AI-assisted script generation, or test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) is a distinct advantage.
