We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Junior Sales Executive to connect with prospective students, understand their study-abroad goals, and convert incoming leads into counselling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
Understand students' study-abroad interests, preferred destinations, budgets and academic goals.
Schedule counselling appointments with the counselling team.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-up activities in the company CRM.
Consistently follow up with prospective students to improve conversion rates.
Handle basic queries, overcome objections and maintain professional communication.
Meet daily activity targets and monthly appointment or conversion targets.




Coordinate with counsellors to ensure a smooth student experience.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service or business development.
Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills are welcome.
Positive verbal communication in English and Hindi.
Confidence in making outbound calls and handling customer objections.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software.
A proactive, disciplined and target-driven attitude.
Interest in education, sales and customer relationship management.
