About mypattamypatta is building an AI-powered operating system for property in India. We help customers navigate property documentation, verification, registration and related services through a combination of technology and on-ground operations.

We are looking for a hands-on Document Operations Manager to lead our document fulfilment team and ensure that customer requests are processed accurately, efficiently and within promised timelines.

What you'll do
Manage teams handling digital document downloads, offline document procurement and document delivery.
Plan daily workloads, assign responsibilities and track pending requests.
Ensure timely fulfilment, document accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
Monitor turnaround times, backlogs, rework and employee productivity.
Establish SOPs and improve operational processes.
Coordinate with field personnel, internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve delays.
Handle escalations and take ownership of operational issues.
Train, coach and develop team members.




Share daily and weekly performance reports with management.

What we're looking for
3–6 years of experience in operations, back-office processing, document processing, logistics, banking operations or a similar function.
Experience managing a team and taking responsibility for operational outcomes.
Strong organisational, problem-solving and people-management skills.
Ability to work with spreadsheets, dashboards and operational reports.
A hands-on attitude and willingness to work closely with the team.
Ability to build processes rather than depend on constant supervision.
Fluency in Telugu and working knowledge of English are preferred.

Experience in property documentation, banking, loan processing or government-document procurement is an advantage.
