To offer recommendations based on various metrics on how to improve the support process in its entirety.
Bachelor s degree in information technology, computer science, or other related discipline, or equivalent.
4+ years of hands-on experience managing client systems in enterprise environments.
Basic SAP ERP knowledge preferred.
Basic SAP Commerce knowledge preferred.
Basic MS Azure knowledge preferred
