Assist the OT doctor in surgical procedures,as and when required

Brief Role : Conduct pre- and post analysis of vitals, weight and other relevant tests and identify patterns of singularity that might need medical attention.

Order necessary monthly tests for patients; closely monitor and evaluate lab investigation reports to understand possible future complications.

Supervise and ensure implementation of emergency protocol (following instructions on operating emergency trolley

Monitor closely health indicators such as CMR, U5MR, Malnutrition rate, Immunization coverage.

Anticipate changing needs and emergencies.
