Brief Role : CIB - Summer Intern

As a team leader in Securities Processing, you will liaise with internal clients, client services, relationship managers, issuers, and paying agents. You will receive, distribute and file mail to appropriate departments. You will also maintain the proxy file room. Additionally, you will interpret literature and voting instructions and complete the legal documents in stipulated time period.

At least one year of securities experience

At least one year of data entry experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access

Ability to work in a deadline driven setting

Valuable time management skills

Use initiative and readily question

Must be very detailed oriented and analytical

Analytical with ability to quickly assess situations and resolve complex issues

Understating of record date, payable date, ex- date and payment factors and rates An appreciation of control and quality issues

Valuable over all knowledge of security or custody industry preferred
