The National Sales Manager Cashew B2B Business will be responsible for developing and executing the national sales strategy for the cashew segment across B2B channels, including wholesale traders, bulk buyers, food manufacturers, institutional buyers, and HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering). The role focuses on driving revenue growth, building strong relationships, and expanding market presence across India.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement the national B2B sales strategy for cashew products.
Identify growth prospects and formulate plans to penetrate current markets.
Set annual sales targets and KPIs; monitor performance against them.
Business Development
Expand the B2B customer base across regions and industries (retailers, wholesalers, food processors, exporters).
Forge robust relationships with key clients and large-volume buyers.
Drive institutional sales, including tenders and bulk procurement deals.
Team Leadership & Channel Management
Recruit, train,



and lead a high-performing sales team across regions.
Supervise Regional and Area Sales Managers for effective coverage.
Monitor channel partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Pricing & Negotiation
Develop pricing strategies based on market trends and competition.
Lead high-value negotiations and close bulk deals with B2B customers.
Market Intelligence
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and demand forecasts.
Provide regular insights and recommend adjustments to strategy.
Coordination with Supply Chain & Finance
Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Ensure accurate billing, collections, and credit management in coordination with finance.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports.
Analyze data and generate actionable insights for leadership.
