Drafting all kinds of Pleadings such as Notices, Complaints, Evidence Affidavits, Replies, Rejoinders, Revision Applications, Writ Petitions and all forms of Applications etc.
Appearance before - High Court, Commissions, Sessions Court, City Civil & District Courts, Magistrate Courts and Quasi-Judicial Authorities.
Positive research skills with experience in using Legal Databases such as SCC, MaDatabases Casemine, Westlaw etc.
Excellent command of English with Good Communications skills.
Experience in dealing with Clients is preferable.
