Brief Role :
Forecasting yearly manpower requirements in consultation with heads of different business units with the views of meeting business objective and understanding market trends, challenges & attrition; thus lead to hiring in anticipation of demand.
Planning targets, monitoring proper implementation of plan and achievement of overall targets on a Daily, weekly & monthly basis in adherence to the pre- set standards.
Managing the entire placement operations encompassing preparing fitment of candidates, negotiating and finalizing Offers.
Preparing Job Descriptions & identifying competencies required.




Identifying candidates through different source mix like Job Portal, Advertisements, Employee Referral, Manpower Consultancy, etc.
Conducting Campus hiring from Graduates & MBA colleges.
Ensuring to reduce the recruitment cost for entire West region.
Coordinating various employee engagement activities for entire West region.
Creating HR visibility
