Role Summary:

Manage and track partnership and certification programs with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and Claude/Anthropic. Coordinate certification initiatives, maintain partner compliance, track progress, and ensure timely achievement of partnership goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage partner relationships with AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, and Anthropic.
Track and maintain certification requirements and partner tier status.
Coordinate employee nominations, training schedules, and certification exams.
Monitor certification progress and prepare monthly compliance reports.
Work with internal teams to achieve partnership targets and competency requirements.
Maintain partner portals and update certifications, competencies,



and accreditations.
Track incentives, perks, MDFs, and partner program prospects.
Prepare management dashboards and status updates.

Required Skills:
Experience with cloud partner programs (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake).
Strong coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Positive understanding of cloud certifications and competency requirements.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
