Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK market. Promote and explain company products or services to prospective clients. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales. Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Handle customer queries professionally and confidently.





Required Skills and QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills in English. Solid convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confidence in communicating with UK-based customers. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.

Working Schedule Shift Timing: 1:15 PM to 9:30 PM Indian Standard Time (IST).
