Need UKG consultant (NOT into Kronos)

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides HR system maintenance and support, troubleshooting assistance, and guidance to HR, Payroll and Perks staff for our UKG Pro system.
Maintains optimal functionality of HR information systems .
Develop and manage file imports/exports for system integration.
Supports upgrades, enhancements, and testing of system updates when released by system vendors.

Salary Planning
Solid understanding of Cognos BI Reporting and are able to create and edit complex reports
Able to perform Web Administration functions (Security/Business Processes/Platform Configuration/Integrations)
Able to perform BackOffice functions as needed
