To track the markdowns, sales, fulfillment and returns on a daily basis and take steps to maintain PnL on a monthly basis according to the budgeted plan.
Setting up yearly OKRs and monthly sales targets by coordinating with merchandising team and external marketplaces and ensuring achievement of set targets.
Increase brand s visibility by strategizing marketing campaigns with the marketplaces and internal teams.
Maintaining catalog and inventory sanity across marketplaces.
Handling operational escalations and assuring adherence to marketplace s SLAs.
Building solid communication channels at all levels of marketplaces to strengthen the relationship and drive growth
