We’re hiring: In office IT Support Specialist | Hyderabad

Hyderabad(100% on-site) | Contract: 6 months, extendable | Full time | Start: ASAP

We’re looking for a hands-on IT On-Site Support Specialist to join a global IT organisation that is building a best-in-class in office support model. You’ll be the go-to technical person at the site. You’ll keep users, meetings and infrastructure running smoothly, and you’ll own the user experience day to day.

What you’ll do
Provide on-site technical support to end users, including hardware and software troubleshooting
Support events such as town halls, executive meetings and visitor sessions, including A/V setup and live support
Install, configure and maintain end-user devices, peripherals, network connections and A/V equipment
Diagnose and resolve issues across operating systems, applications and network connectivity
Carry out routine system maintenance and updates
Work with global IT teams on complex issues, and act as local escalation point for infrastructure
Provide “hands and eyes” support for data centre activities (network,



server, backup) with infrastructure teams and vendors
Deliver VIP and executive support when requested
Champion IT security and data protection standards on site, and support internal and external audits
Log and track all activity in the ticketing system, and coach users on IT tools and systems

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
Up to 4 years’ experience in IT end-user computing (PCs, smartphones, tablets)
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Windows, M365 and Microsoft collaboration tools
ITIL 4 Foundation certification
Business-fluent English
A strong service mindset, transparent communication, good documentation habits and attention to detail
Confidence and assertiveness when handling escalations and senior stakeholders

Good to know
This is an on-site role in Hyd. Remote working is not possible.
