Job highlights
MSc in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 10+ years in power plant fire protection design, knowledge of ASME, API, ISA, IEC standards, and AutoCAD skills
Lead fire and gas system design including suppression systems, fire water calculations, layouts, P&IDs;, equipment data sheets, and cause-effect diagrams

JD: SAFETY ENGINEERING - PRINCIPAL ENGINEER (FIRE PROTECTION DESIGN ENGINEER OR LOSS PREVENTION DESIGN ENGINEER)

MSc in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or similar and a minimum of 10 years of relevant design experience in Power Plant projects such as Combined cycles, Coal fired, biomass, etc. and having valuable knowledge in the following activities:
Planning, Quality management, proposal reviews and F&G; scope.
Familiar with the ASME, API, ISA, IEC and other industry related standards.
Leading a group of F&G; engineers/designers • Taking ownership of the project progress, budgets and technical interviews Shall be organized, motivated and team worker.





Key Objectives & Responsibilities of the role
Fire and Gas Risk Equipment Lists • Fire suppression system for buildings: basic design, specification and requisition • Fire Water Demand Calculations and Fire Water System Hydraulics Calculations (PIPENET) and Reports • Fire Fighting System Layouts • Fire Hazardous Zones Layouts • Fire & Gas Detection and Alarms Layouts • Fire Water P&IDs; and Fire Water Line Lists • F&G; I/O List • Fire Protection Equipment Data Sheets • F&G; Equipment Data Sheets • F&G; Cause and Effect Diagrams • F&G; Mapping Study and reports.
