Responsible for Title Search and Mortgage Documentation (HL, LAP, MSME)
Taking Care of entire branches towards the legal clearance for the property.
Preparing / Modifying legal Policies for the respective state as per the management requirement and as per market practices.
The incumbent will be responsible for handling affordable housing Loan, LAP, and MSME.
Follow up the legal matters with the panel advocates. Vendor Management.
Drafting Sales Deed, Lease deed, MOU, Indemnity Bond, notice, and Agreement.
Vetting various contact license agreements, master service agreements, Labour contracts, and business contracts.
Handling Internal Legal opinion and vetting reports of entire Branches.
Provide support to the internal team including liaising with external Lawyers.
