To hold internal meetings, to check everything is under control.
Preparing reports for management to monitor the growth of the company and Individuals.
Assuring with Production Team that the product is ready in a specified time and confirming the quality check.
Develop freight shipment solutions for improvements and/or closing gaps.
Facilitate the Packing team about the handling of cargo according to industry standards or sector requirements.
