Brief Role : Manager HR Essencially

Exp. Req. 12 - 22 yrs;

He should have experience in a big Export House having at least 3000 employees.

He/ She should serve as a key member for HR processes, Policies and JD designing. Function in an active and influential role with executives in order to drive business results Leverage limited HR resources to drive change in leadership & organizational development, compensation and staffing.

Specific areas of focus over the next 12 months include: developing and implementing staffing and learning strategies, developing retention strategies, leadership and organizational development, talent planning, diversity, Talent Aquisition, Policy Formation, KRA and KPI , compensation management and delivery, performance management, workforce planning, , increasing associate satisfaction and engagement, build- out campus recruiting program.

Some travel will be required.

Salary:INR 10, 00, 000 - 15, 00, 000 P.A
