Roles and Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support to end users through our ticketing system, escalating issues as needed.
Assist with the day-to-day support of the LAN/WAN setting and its security.
Monitor backup jobs and help verify that backup and recovery processes are working correctly.
Help maintain and track company-owned assets, both physical and virtual.
Assist with software installation, updates and patching, including automated deployments.
Support the team in maintaining production and development settings.
Participate in business continuity testing and help document results.
Work with third-party vendors to support troubleshooting.
