Role Description The Lic Life Insurance Advisor is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. The advisor will meet with prospective and existing clients to assess their insurance needs, explain life insurance products, and recommend suitable plans. Daily tasks include conducting consultations, preparing proposals, assisting clients with policy applications, and following up on documentation and renewals.

The advisor will provide ongoing customer service, respond to inquiries, and help clients understand terms, perks, and claim processes.



The role also involves building and maintaining a client portfolio through outreach, networking, and participation in awareness activities.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Insurance knowledge, including life insurance products and basic policy terms.
Candidates should possess Finance-related skills such as understanding premiums, advantages, and basic financial planning concepts.
Candidates should possess Consulting abilities to assess client needs, provide tailored recommendations, and build trust.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to handle queries, explain complex information clearly, and maintain client relationships.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field are beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with robust interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset.
Prior experience in insurance, banking, or financial services is an advantage.
